Our next cohort for the Propertymark accredited Level 4 Certificate in Property Agency Management begins shortly and we’re looking for individuals from the property industry who would like to enrol and improve their business leadership skills. Completion of the qualification also enables individuals to obtain Fellow Grade (FARLA/FNAEA) membership with Propertymark upon achievement.
The qualification was developed by Propertymark just over a year ago to cater for the anticipated introduction of the Regulation of Property Agents (RoPA) professional standards recommended in a 2019 report released by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
As one of the first training centres in the country to have implemented delivery for the programme, we are now enrolling candidates for our next cohort which begins in November.
The course includes:
