We are enrolling now for our next cohort of learners for the highly popular Propertymark Level 3 Award in Sale of Residential Property, beginning in late April.
Crown Vocational Training have been successfully delivering training in Residential Property Sales and Lettings for over 15 years and these qualifications form a key progression route into qualifying as a property professional, allowing successful candidates to apply for ARLA or NAEA membership upon completion.
The stand-alone Award, accredited by Propertymark, is aimed at those who have been working in the industry/have a good knowledge of the property market and wish to obtain a recognised industry qualification. Our online training programme, alongside support from highly experienced tutors in this sector, supports a syllabus containing training on health and safety, security and general law (unit 1), law relating to residential property sales (unit 2), practice relating to residential property sales (unit 3) and property appraisal, basic building construction and defects (unit 4). Assessment is by examination which can be sat with Crown Vocational Training or at an approved test centre.
We are also able to offer a discount to previous apprentice learners from our Junior Estate Agency programme, recognising that those learners are already equipped with some of the knowledge they will require.
