Crown Vocational Training are pleased to announce the launch of a new apprenticeship training programme from this September, targeted at those with HR, people or talent management responsibilities within all sizes of organisations.
This new 18-24 month, government funded apprenticeship programme, working closely in collaboration with Blue Sky Professional Development, will assist those who look after or have responsibility for HR within an organisation to develop their skills and knowledge and gain a widely recognised qualification.
Candidates will learn about:
- Organisational performance and culture in practice
- Evidence based practice
- Professional behaviours and valuing people
- Employment relationship management
- Talent management and workforce planning
- Reward for performance and contribution
- Employment Law
As part of this programme, candidates will work towards achieving the Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management which will enable access to Associate membership of the CIPD upon completion.
