Who are these qualifications suitable for?
This group of qualifications is aimed at those who have been working in the industry, have a good knowledge of the property sector and wish to obtain a recognised industry qualification.
Crown Vocational Training have been successfully delivering training in Residential Property Sales and Lettings for over 15 years and these qualifications form a key progression route into qualifying as a property professional.
Training for Level 3 Award in Sale of Residential Property
The stand-alone Award is aimed at those who have been working in the industry/have a good knowledge of the property market and wish to obtain a recognised industry qualification. This Award is a qualification offered by Propertymark and is assessed externally by exam. Our training programme supports the syllabus and provides coverage across all 4 units:
The programme is delivered through a series of webinars, workshops and one-to-one sessions and will help with preparation for the 4 on-line exams (costs not included). The course is run over a 9-12 month period.
Costs for the programme are £795 per person. On successful completion individuals can apply for membership of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents).
Training for Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management
The stand-alone Award is aimed at those who have been working in the industry/have a good knowledge of Lettings and Property Management and wish to obtain a recognised industry qualification. This Award is a qualification offered by Propertymark and is assessed externally by exam. Our training programme supports the syllabus and provides coverage across all 4 units:
The programme is delivered through a series of webinars, workshops and one-to-one sessions and will help with preparation for the 4 on-line exams (costs not included). The course is run over a 9-12 month period.
Costs for the programme are £795 per person. On successful completion individuals can apply for membership of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).
Training for Level 4 Certificate in Property Agency Management (Sales & Lettings)
This Certificate is a qualification offered by Propertymark and is assessed externally by exam. Another of our specialist areas is business management and we are well placed to offer a full programme across all 4 units:
The programme is delivered online through a series of webinars, workshops, one-to-one sessions and marked assignments. It will help with preparation for the 4 exams (costs not included). The course is run over a 12–18-month period.
Costs for the training are £1,995 per person with modular pricing available. Exams costs are £550 for 4 exams and registration with remote invigilation an option for distance learners. On successful completion individuals will be able to apply for Fellow of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) or ARLA (Association for Residential Letting Agents) subject to any additional entry requirements.

For those candidates completing the level 3 Award, you can move onto the Level 4 Certificate which goes into further depth and covers additional areas not already featured in the Award
